One of the joys of traveling is the time to savor the flavors of the places you visit.
You can enjoy the original flavor of ingredients, focusing on local seasonal produce,
such as seafood from Unzen Tachibana Bay, vegetables picked that morning by farmers, Nagasaki Wagyu beef, and Unzen brand certified pork.

DINNER TIME

Dinner start time is between 17:00 and 19:00 and can be decided at check-in on the day.(Restaurant closes at 21:30 ※Last orders at 21:00)
※Please note that if you are unable to arrive in time for the 7pm meal, we may have to refuse your dinner reservation.

For guests staying multiple nights, the menu will change every day.
We will also change the menu for customers who will be coming multiple times in close proximity,
so please feel free to let us know when making your reservation.
